Information you give us directly: when you request a growth audit, book a call, or email us, we receive what you submit, typically your name, work email, company, website or Amazon storefront URL, phone number if you choose to share it, and whatever context you provide about your business.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We use aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use this data to build personal profiles.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare for your audit or call, provide our services, improve the website, and keep records the business needs. If you become a client, information you share is used to deliver the engagement.
We send email you asked for, replies, scheduling, and materials related to your request. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Services we rely on
A few vendors process data on our behalf to make the site work: HubSpot (forms and our customer records), Calendly (scheduling), our website hosting and security providers, Google Analytics (aggregate site analytics), and Google Workspace (email). Each processes your information under its own privacy terms, and we share only what is needed for the task.

This site itself does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics and embedded tools such as the HubSpot form and the Calendly scheduler may set cookies needed for those features to function; they load on the pages where you use them.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and client records are kept for as long as we have a business reason to hold them, such as an active conversation, an engagement, or legal and accounting requirements, and are deleted or anonymized after that.

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
